In addition to your invitation and envelope, we highly recommend including a way for guests to reply (either a mail in reply set or insert card for an online reply via your wedding website). It can also be helpful to include a details card for any other relevant details like additional wedding events or travel and accommodation recommendations. You can also choose from an assortment of extras like envelope liners, belly bands, and wax seals on our finishing touches page.

We recommend including at least ten extra sets in your order beyond your final household count, for extras for keepsakes, photography, and as a buffer in case any are lost in the mail. Remember that you will need one invitation per guest household, not per individual guest.

After you place your order, you will receive a the customer agreement, the project inititation form, and a wording and content questionnaire to share the details of your invitation suite and any specific wording you’d like to use. If you would like assistance with the wording for your invitations, we are happy to help! You can complete the project inititation form with the details, and we’ll use the completed form to create the wording for your first proof. You willl have the opportunity to adjust any wording. You will receive an initial proof within three business days of submitting your wording questionnaire. If you require a second proof with edits, we will send this within three business days of receiving your feedback. Any additional edit requests beyond the second proof will add to the timeline and are billed at $125 per hour, depending on the scope of the edit requests.

After your design proof is approved and signed, production takes 20-25 business days. Please allow up to five business days of additional time for any finishing touches like envelope liners, wax seals, and assembly.

Shipping costs are included in the listing price for standard Ground shipping, typically two to five business days, depending on the shipping address. We require that all shipments be signed for to insure delivery. We can expedite the shipping for your invitation suite to Express Saver (three to four business days), 2 Day, or overnight, and pricing is available upon request. If you have opted to assembly the price is not included in this price and will depend the postage you select that will be invoiced seperately.
