When to Order

To make sure your invitations are complete in time, we suggest placing your order 6 to 8 weeks before you plan on sending them to your guests. This provides adequate time to fine tune your design, handle all printing and production, and get them to your guests with time to spare for guest responses. If you have any specific dates or special requests, feel free to inquire about rush services.

The Design and Production Process

Our Semi-Custom Collection design and production process typically takes 4 to 6 weeks depending on how quickly the Wording and Content Request and the design proofs are approved.

Foiling, embossing, debasing, and sculpted embossing details may require a longer production time.

  • Browse through our collection of semi-custom wedding suites and our collection embellishments.

  • Add your items to your cart, including any collection embellishments. You will receive an order confirmation email with a wording and content request form. You will receive your first set of proofs within 3 to 5 business days.

  • Your first design proof will arrive within 3 to 5 business days of receiving your wording and content form. For semi-custom suites you are allowed 2 rounds of revisions.

  • Once your have approved your final design proofs, we will begin the production of your wedding invitation suite. Production times may vary based on print methods and design elements (Letterpress ship within 3 to 5 weeks. Foil and embossing within 3 to 5 weeks.)

    If you have chosen to add the Complete Assembly Services, this process can take an additional 1 to 2 weeks.

  • If you have selected the Complete Suite Assembly Service, PB & Elle will assemble and mail your suites directly to your guests. If you plan to mail your suites, we will promptly ship your order directly to you via the selected shipping method.
