After you place your order, you will receive a project initiation form that includes the wording and content questionnaire to share the details of your invitation suite and any specific wording you'd like to use. If you'd like assistance with wording, we're happy to help! You'll receive an initial proof within five business days of submitting your wording questionnaire. If a second proof with edits is needed, we'll send it within three business days of receiving your feedback. Any additional edit requests beyond the second proof will add to the timeline and are billed at $125/hour, depending on scope.
After your design proof is approved and signed, production takes 20–25 business days. Please allow up to five additional business days for finishing touches like envelope liners, wax seals, and assembly.

Shipping costs are included in the listing price for standard Ground shipping, typically two to five business days depending on address. All shipments require a signature for delivery. Expedited shipping is available on request: Express Saver (3–4 days), 2-Day, or Overnight — pricing available upon request. If assembly is selected, shipping is not included in the listing price and will be invoiced separately based on the postage option selected.
